Mirvac’s internship program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property industry during your final year of study. This program allows students to apply their university knowledge to real world projects and job activities. 

With opportunities across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, Mirvac’s internship program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property industry.

Highlights of the program include: 

• 11-month paid Internship in your area of study, part-time around your study schedule 
• Rotations across job families and asset classes in some divisions to support a diverse experience  
• Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills 
• Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team 
• Support structure including a Manager, Buddy and Intern Program HR Team

FAQ's

Am I eligible to apply?

To be eligible for our Program, you must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or hold permanent residency in Australia. 

For internships, you must currently be in your penultimate of study and due to graduate in 2026.

Is this a paid Internship?

Yes. You will be employed on an initial fixed-term contract and paid on a pro-rata basis. You will be entitled to annual leave and personal leave.
