These awards recognise the pioneers leading the way in #socialenterprise procurement and demonstrate how #business4good is catching on.
91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳has worked with MoTM since 2017. Since then we have embedded their services into our business across several aspects of waste management, circular economy and fit-out and refurbishment initiatives.
For example, MoTM has helped 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳to:
- Divert almost 400 tonnes of coffee cups and paper towels from landfill.
- Identify solutions to other waste streams including polystyrene, glass, CDS, milk/bread crates, pallets, metals, furniture, and fittings.
- Recycle and repurpose more than 1,740 items from the 55 Pitt Street development site - approximately 900 cubic metres worth an estimated $174,000.

Sydney’s first skyscraper is back in business
Sydney’s first skyscraper has been formally reopened by The Honorable Chris Minns, Premier of NSW, Dexus Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Ross Du Vernet, and 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳Chief Executive Officer, Funds Management, Scott Mosely. This event marks the end of an extensive three-year transformation of 33 Alfred Street and is the final element of the Quay Quarter Sydney office and retail precinct.
